ОЛОН УЛСЫН АЛТАЙ НИЙГЭМЛЭГИЙН СИМПОЗИУМ

Ажил мэргэжил нэгт Хүндэт нөхөд өө,

Бид Алтай Нийгэмлэгийн Олон улсын Симпозиумыг Уламжлал – Ёс заншил – Ёс суртахуун – Хууль эрх гэсэн сэдвээр 2018 оны 8-р сарын 6-10-ны өдрүүдэд Монгол Улсын нийслэл Улаанбаатар хотод Шинжлэх Ухааны Акедемийн Хэл зохиолын хүрээлэн дээр зохион явуулах гэж буйг зарлаж байгаадаа баяртай байна.

Энэ удаагийн симпозиум бол Алтай язгуурын хэлт ард түмэн, нийгэмлэгийн туулсан түүхийн адилсах шинжийг харуулах　сэтгэл хөдлөл, бодол санаа, ааш маяг (behaviors), нүүдэл суудал, шилжилт хөдөлгөөний оюуны ертөнцөд туссан хэл шинжлэл, уран зохиол, түүх, нийгэм судлал, нийгмийн сэтгэл зүй (social psychiatry), аман зохиол, хүн судлалтай холбоотой нийгмийн шинжлэх ухааны төрөл бүрийн салбарыг хамарсан уламжлал, ёс заншил, дадал хэвшил (usages), ёс суртахуун, хууль эрхийн аман болон бичгийн үнэт зүйлсийн талаарх санал бодлоо солилцох зорилготой юм.

Энэ симпозиум нь Алтай Нийгэмлэгийн Симпозиум (Altai Communties Symposium) гэсэн нэрийн доор төрөл бүрийн сэдвээр урьд өмнө зохион байгуулж ирсэн зургаан симпозиумын үргэлжлэл бөгөөд энэ удаад бид доорх асуудлыг хэлэлцэнэ:

            а) хэл шинжлэл, түүх, нийгэм судлал, нийгмийн сэтгэл зүй, аман зохиол, хүн судлал;

            б) гэр бүл, олон нийт, нийгмийн эв нэгдлийг харуулсан уламжлал, ёс зүй, дадал хэвшил, ёс суртахуун, хууль эрхийн аман болон бичгийн сурвалжид илрэх тухайн хэлт ард түмнүүдийн адилсах шинж, соёл, түүхийн үл тасалдах байдлын үнэт зүйлс;

            в) хувь хүн - олон нийт, хувь хүн - төр засаг хоорондын харилцан нөлөөлөл, ялангуяа оюун санааны манлайлах хүмүүсийн (ахмадууд болон түүнтэй дүйх хүмүүсийн) олон нийтийн дунд дэг журам сахиулах үүрэг;

            г) хоолны соёл заншил (reflections of culinary culture);

            д) байгаль болон хүрээлэн буй орчин, нүүдэл суудал, шилжилт хөдөлгөөнтэй холбоотой цогц мэдлэг болон цогц мэдлэгийг заан сургагчдын (the concept and conceptual indicators) тухай;

            е) Симпозиум нь Монгол Улсад зохион байгуулагдах учир Монголын түүх, хэл, соёл, иргэншлийн үнэт зүйл болон энэхүү үнэт зүйл нь Алтай язгуурын хэлт ард түмэнтэй хэрхэн холбогдох тусгай салбар хурал байна.

Алтай нийгэмлэгийн энэ симпозиум дурдсан сэдвийн хүрээнд нэрийн, бүлгийн (сэдэвчилсэн) жагсаалтаар (individual papers and panel session) илтгэл хэлэлцүүлэх болно. Симпозиумын илтгэлүүдийг зохион байгуулах хороо зохих шалгуураар нягталж, сэдвийн дагуу хэсгүүдэд хуваах юм. Илтгэлийн товчлол 300 үгээс хэтрэхгүй байна.

Зохион байгуулах хороо ойролцоогоор 100 илтгэлийг хүлээн авах төлөвлөгөөтэй. Илтгэлүүд эхээрээ байх ба урьд өмнө нь дурдагдаагүй сэдвийг хамарсан, шинжлэх ухаанд хувь нэмэр болох агуулгатай байна. Илтгэлийн тоо хязгаартай учраас сонгон шалгаруулах комисс аль болох сайн илтгэлийг сонгож хэлэлцүүлэхийг зорих юм. Сонгон шалгаруулах комисс сэдэвт хурал болон хувь хүмүүст илтгэл нь тэнцсэн, эс тэнцсэнээс үл хамааран хүсэлтэд нь хариулах, мөн зөвлөгөө өгөх болно.

Оролцогчдын захиалга өгөх боломжтой буудлын нэрс, симпозиумтай холбоотой бусад мэдээллийн талаар явцын дунд хариу мэдэгдэнэ. Монголоос бусад орноос оролцогчдын симпозиумын бүртгэлийн хураамж 100 ам/доллар.

INTERNATIONAL ALTAY COMMUNITIES SYMPOSIUM 

TRADITIONS-CUSTOMS-MORALS AND LAWS

August 6-10, 2018, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Dear Colleague, 

We  are  pleased  to  announce  that  the  International  Symposium  on  the  Altay  Communities 

related  to  Traditions-Customs-Morals  and  Laws  will  be  held  at  Language  and  Literature  Institute, 

Mongolian Academy of Sciences, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on 6 – 10 August 2018.  

It is a fact that the oral and written values related to traditions, customs, usages, morals and 

laws,  which  fall  into  various  disciplines  of  social  science  such  as  linguistics,  literature,  history, 

sociology, social psychiatry, folklore and anthropology, are reflected in the spirit, shared conscious 

and  active  emotions,  thoughts,  behaviors,  migrations  and  migratory  movements  that  have  become 

identified with the Altay peoples and communities over the course of history. In this regard, at this 

symposium, which should be considered as the continuation of the six symposiums we have conducted 

previously with various themes under the title of Altay Communities Symposium, we will take up 

the following issues: the areas of implementation of values, which present the common past, identity 

and cultural and historical continuity of the people and which are based on oral and written sources 

related to the traditions, customs, usages, morals and laws that ensure solidarity among people and 

communities,  in  the  lives  of  family  and  community;  the  effects  on  individual-community  and 

individual-state relations and, relatedly, the roles that opinion leaders (elders and similar people) play 

in  ensuring  community  order;  reflections  of  culinary  culture;  and  the  concept  and  conceptual 

indicators related to places vis-à-vis nature and environment and migration and migratory movements. 

In light of the fact that the symposium will be held in Mongolia, there will be special sections 

devoted to Mongol history, culture, civilization values and their relations with Altay communities over 

the course of Mongolian history.  

In the framework of the mentioned subjects, this symposium on Altay communities will have 

both individual papers and panel-session meetings. 

Individual  papers  in  the  symposium  will  be  organized  into  thematic  sections  and  quality 

monitored  by  the  Organizing  Committee.  Abstracts  for  individual  papers  should  not  exceed  300 

words. 

A  panel  consists  of  a  group  of  three  or  four  members  (including  the  panel  leader).  Panel 

leaders are responsible for accommodating a plurality of opinions and approaches within their group 

and  for  ensuring  sufficient  deliberation  time.  Therefore,  panel  leaders  are  also  entitled  to  invite 

speakers of their own choice. The panel proposal is to be submitted together with an abstract for the 

entire panel, explaining its theme and rationale and how the individual papers contribute to that theme: 

this is in addition to an individual abstract (300 words maximum) for each paper. 

The desirable duration of each of paper presentation in the panel and session is 15 minutes. 

The Organizing Committee is planning to accept around 100 papers. Preference will be shown 

toward papers that address original and previously unexplored subjects that will spark interest in the 

scientific world. In case it becomes necessary to limit the number of panels and papers, the selection 

will be made by  members of the Vetting Committee, which is aiming to maintain a high scholarly 

standard Deadlines: 

Submission of abstracts: 15 March, 2018. 

The paper presenters are requested to fill in and send the enclosed Registration Form; as well 

as an abstract (maximum 300 words) of their papers 

Announcement of Accepted Panel Proposals or Individual Papers: 1 April 2018 

The  panel  or  individual  paper  abstracts  will  be  examined  by  the  Selection  Committee  and 

individuals will be advised whether or not their submission has been accepted.  

Languages of the symposium: All Altaic Languages, English, French, German and Russian. 

During  the  symposium  expenses  for  participants’  meals  will  be  covered  by  the  Organizing 

Committee. Travel (airplane) and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the participants. The names 

of hotels where participants can make reservations and other developments related to the symposium 

will be provided at a later date.  

Each participant will be asked to pay 100 USD as the registration fee for the symposium. The 

bank account numbers related to the registration fee will be made know subsequently.
